It gives a great overview of the West Vancouver challenge in terms of re-aligning the District toward a 21st century vision of what school is.

Some interesting take-aways: 

1. The necessity of leadership and "champions" in the innovation process (see Gary Kern  & Chris Kennedy's  blogs)
2. The idea of transparency as a key part of making a social computing platform successful (with teachers, parents and students)
3. The importance of considering the approach to implementation and user-adoption (a huge stumbling block for projects like this.)

It's certainly too early to draw conclusions, but it's great to see that interest in this project is continuing to grow!
