A Staff-grade Consultant must have the following: Baccalaureate Degree 8yrs of professional experience, with 4yrs of consulting or management experience Experience leading engagement teams Functional Experience in one or more of the following is preffered: Finance and Accounting Operations Supply Chain or Trading Partner Management Information Technology Industry Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred: Health & Public Sector Energy & Natural Resources Shipping, Transport & Logistics Consulting Experience in one or more of the following methodologies is preferred: Strategy Alignment, Strategy Execution and Balanced Scorecard IDEFØ / IDEF3 Six Sigma Kaizen The following would be considered advantageous: One or more Professional or Technical Designations. Experience with Regulatory Governance (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley)
