Andre is a senior solutions architect with a focus on integration challenges for IT-intensive enterprises. As an integration practice lead, he brings 30 years of experience to the Avantage team and deep knowledge of several aspects of the IT industry: from software development and solutions architecture, to enterprise architecture and project management. 

In the course of his 30-year career he has worked for several international organizations. Some of his most exceptional accomplishments include building customized solutions for the financial industry, algorithms for artificial intelligence systems, e-business systems for real-estate clients, and IT integration services in the areas in law enforcement and justice.

In addition to his professional industry experience in software development and integration, Andre enjoys teaching, coaching, and mentoring.  Over the span of 20 years, he has held several appointments as an adjunct professor in different colleges and universities. During his teaching career he supervised dozens of MBA and M.Sc. theses. He possesses certifications in different areas of computer science, project management, and finance and has authored 30+ publications on topics of IT, computer science, finance, history, and philosophy.
